Refund Policy

At TOPYA HARDWARE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver products that meet agreed specifications and quality standards. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon receipt.
Any claims regarding:
- Incorrect products
- Missing items
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturing defects
must be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
Please provide relevant photographs, videos, and order information to support your claim.
2. Standard Products
For standard, non-customized products, return requests may be accepted if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Prior written authorization has been obtained from our team
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Custom-Made Products
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, including OEM, ODM, and made-to-order products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Custom dimensions
- Custom finishes
- Private-label products
- Logo-branded products
- Special production orders
Exceptions may apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or production errors caused by our company.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If products arrive damaged or defective, customers should notify us within 7 business days after delivery.
Upon review and verification, we may choose to:
- Provide replacement products
- Issue partial compensation
- Repair the product where feasible
- Offer an alternative mutually agreed solution
The chosen remedy will depend on the specific circumstances of the claim.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only when:
- A valid claim has been verified
- Replacement or repair is not practical
- Both parties agree that a refund is the appropriate resolution
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our facility
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Custom-manufactured products
- OEM/ODM orders
- Products made to customer specifications
- Clearance or special-order items
- Used, installed, or modified products
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
